Undergraduate Entry Requirements:

  • Advanced Placement Exams: 3 Group ‘A’ APs with grades 5,5,4, one of which must be Calculus AB or Calculus BC. Alternatively: 2 Group ‘A’ APs with grades 5,5, one of which must be Calculus AB or Calculus BC and a further 2 Group ‘B’ AP’s with grades 5,4. All AP students must have a GPA of 3.3 or above in HSGD, including grade B or 70% in Maths, and a CGPA of 3.3 in English. See International Office website for which APs fall under Group A and Group B.
  • If unable to complete APs, applicants with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0 for the High School Graduation Diploma (HSGD) can use the SAT route to show that they are eligible to be considered for direct entry onto an undergraduate SEF course (with standard English language requirements). Note: if an applicant's yearly GPAs show marked improvement an offer may be made on the basis of the final year, rather than cumulative, GPA.
  • Alternatively, applicants can first do a Foundation programme, e.g. the QM International Foundation Programme in Humanities and Social Sciences.
  • The High School Graduation Diploma alone is not sufficient for entry onto an undergraduate SEF course.
