Manitoba
: High School Graduation Diploma with five credits at the 300 level in 4 subjects, with at least 85% in each subject, including Mathematics.
New Brunswick
: High School Graduation Diploma with 85% in each of five grade 12 university preparatory courses, including Mathematics.
Newfoundland and Labrador
: Graduate Certificate with a minimum of 85% in each of five acceptable grade 12 courses, including Mathematics.
North West Territories
: Graduate Certificate with a minimum of 85% in five acceptable grade 12 subjects, including Mathematics.
Nova Scotia
: High School Graduation Diploma with a minimum of 85% in each of five acceptable grade 12 courses, including Mathematics.
Ontario
: A minimum of 85% in each of six grade 12 courses, at least five of which must be University Preparatory Courses (denoted by 4U). The sixth course could be a University/College Preparation Course (denoted by 4U/C). This must include Mathematics.

: High School Graduate Diploma with a minimum of 85% in five acceptable grade 12 subjects, including Mathematics.
